Hi all,
Tried to update the bios on my DZ68BC just to make sure it supported Ivy Bridge (installed an Ivy Bridge i3) and now the board won't post at all. No beeps nothing. The only thing I get is the diagnostic readout shows code 10 but there's no video either. Any suggestions on how to repair this issue?
Thanks
Weatherby P

The issue that you are experiencing could be related to the compatibility between the Z68 chipset and the 3rd generation processors. It is require updating the BIOS to use the I3 processor on this motherboard.
Please let me know which BIOS version did you install on the system? If you still have a 2nd generation or Sandy Bridge processor, please install it on the board and try to access at least the BIOS.You can also remove the CMOS battery and leave the system without it for a couple of hours. Then put it back.
If any of these troubleshooting works for you, I'm afraid that you would need to contact our technical support team for any additional troubleshooting or replacement.
