My DZ75ML-45K main board beeps 3 times with memory error when i trying to install in DIMM2 slot this memory kingstone hx316c10fb/8 (8 GB RAM). Memory works fine in other slots.

In other slots this and same memory works fine. When i installed in DIMM2 4GB RAM computer works fine with 28 GB RAM.

What could be the problem?

Well, you are on bios 0017, which is the latest for your board.

Have you tried different memory?

What memory were you using previous to this set?

To me, it is looking like this memory channel, when a DIMM of this type is present in this slot, is not working or is generating enough noise that the channel cannot operate properly. Your choices in this case are limited. You can replace the motherboard, you can replace the memory (I am not a fan of Kingston myself) or you can avoid using this type of DIMM in this slot [Aside: it would be better, memory performance wise, to run with 24GB rather than 28GB.]

Hope this helps,
