Hi all

There are no VGA or DVI ports on the board. There is a HDMI, Do I need a HDMI - DVI adapter to use the onboard graphics or how does it work?

Best regards, Christian

You will need to connent a screen to the HDMI port or use an adapter or (like I do) a cable that is HDMI<->DVI.

Anytime! The alternative of course, is to get a Graphics Card.

Hello

Is it possible to use onboard graphics together with a separate graphics card? I have only one paired DVI/HDMI and one VGA on my video card and I want to connect two monitors using DVI/HDMI.

Kir, please open a new community thread in the Intel(R) Desktop Boards forum for this information as this does not relate to the original topic.

Concerning the usage of adapters, you may do as cowbawx says, however please keep in mind that this may or may not work, and this greatly depends on the quality of the cable used. And the DVI port should be either DVI-D or DVI-I to prevent any kind of issues as HDMI is a digital interface.
