I have 2 problem on my board

Problem 1: When I start or restart my system with Flash Drive Disk 16gb in USB 3.0 port I have error:

The system BIOS has detected unsuccessful POST attempt(s).

Possible causes included recent changes to BIOS Performance options or

recent hardware changes.

If I start my system without it - NO PROBLEM. I turn off boot from flash, but it didnt solve my problem

Problem 2: Aux and Rear Fans cooler dont work correctly in Auto mode. Some times start fans, some times no In monual mode work it work correctly, but speed changed only together. CPU and Front Coolers work in Auto perfectly. I use Noctua PWM Fans

1. I also noticed it is a bit of trouble to boot from USB 3.0. Whenever i plugin a USB 3.0 flash disk, it takes longer to POST. So what i do is: turn off PC, plug in flash disk, press F2 and boot it by selecting it in bios.
