I'm a PC enthusiast, every year a few friends ask me to put together a PC for them or their company.
I only buy Asus or Intel motherboards, mostly Asus.
Some time ago I bought a DZ77GA-70K board.
I had to flash the BIOS for better Win 8 support, everything went good but after reboot the board seemed dead, tried BIOS recovery, no avail.
So off to the store to RMA the board.
Now 5 weeks later, happy to finally receive a new board from the RMA department...
2 RAM slots are dead (channel B).
I Will never be buying Intel boards again!
Been reading around on these forums..., shame on you Intel!

Notorious,
Have you tried testing another processor?
Please provide me with the model number of the processor and memory you are using.
You may want to download the Processor Diagnostics Tool and run it on your system using at least one memory stick. At the end it will let you know if your processor "passed" or "fail" the test.
