I Installed Rapid Start as supposed, disabled win 7 hibernation with powercfg -h off, configured the Case Power Button to "energy saving".
If i press the Power button the system first goes into S3 State, then wakes up to save the memory to the ssd for about 4 sec., shuts down
and immediatly powers up win 7 in 4 seconds.
This shows that Rapid Start is working, but it should not Power up Win7 directly after hibernation.
Bios is 060. Anyone a clue ?

I found a workaround, still seems to be a buggy BIOS.
I disconnected the keyboard from the PS/2 Port and connected it via USB, then rapid Start
works like it should.

My computer has a similar symptom only it complains that the overclock has failed when it turns back on after going into S4 state turning off any overclocking resolves the problem only my particular RAM is designed to operate with XMP profile, so Intel Rapid Start Technology in not possible unless I find a different configuration that doesn't have this problem.
