You can try replacing the CR2032 battery on the board. That may kick it to life. This is the only thing that I can think of to get it going - if it is going to go at all.
If you are seeing it display POST codes and then nothing, this is an indication that the system could not transition from the text display to a graphics display - and this is likely an indication of a hardware failure. I hate to say it, but this is what happens to systems when they get this old.
