Dz77ga-70k cycles power?

So as of an 2 hours ago, i thought i'd be nice to my computer and update the bios and most of the drivers. i had tried to update to 0057, after i had installed the new lan, usb 3.0, realtek drivers. upon restarting and letting the uefi/bios (whatever) finished doing its checks, it rebooted by itself. and then powered up and then turned off, and then powered up, and then turned off.. still does not boot. I've tried resetting the motherboard. I've tried back to bios button, taking the battery out, moving the jumper. Please give me some hope. Am i screwed?

Hold down power button for 3 seconds and release, see if it will boot then. Try to downgrade BIOS by using jumper on motherboard.
