The DP67DE can support a maximum of 32GB of DDR3-1333 memory. The board can support memory with XMP profiles that add support for higher speeds, but I wouldn't gamble on it supporting anything higher than DDR3-1600. Maybe back when it was brand new it might have supported DDR3-1866, but I wouldn't bet on this now.
The DP67DE can support two SATA III 6Gb/s storage devices and four SATA II 3Gb/s storage devices. If you want additional SATA III ports, you will need to purchase an add-on PCIe x1 SATA III Controller card.
I use an NVIDIA GTX 750 Ti card in my DZ68ZV, but had successfully used a GTX 1030 for a short while. I am not sure that you will do better than this. All I can say is compatibility with AMD Radeon graphics cards is, well, awful.
My opinion? Doing any upgrades to this system is just throwing away money. This system is likely on its last legs (being 10 years old). Money spent upgrading this system is money that won't be available to spend on a more-modern system when this one fails. It is time to discard it and purchase something a *lot* more modern. If you cannot afford this right now, I suggest you put up with what you have until you can afford it.
Off my soapbox now,
...S

Agradeço a atenção dispensada.
