Found Intel® Server Boards [MFG PN: S2600ST] Failure that return from WDC Customer. The failure symptom as following :: MB-01: motherboard failed to detect memory at slot CPU1-DIMM-B1 MB-02: Unit won't boot up (defective motherboard)

Please expedite review and provide FA Number and Shipping instruction to drop return affect Intel® Server Board Failure back to Inte Corporation perform the analysis.

Sorry, but this forum is for the support of Intel's Desktop Board products. It is not for the support of Intel's Server Board products. Unfortunately, I do not have the ability to move your query to the Server forum. You will need to create a new query there if your wish is to have your problem discussed. If you are here at the Communities site specifically regarding the RMA replacement of a board, this is not where you need to be.

 

After verifying your warranty is still active (here: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/services/000006303.html?wapkw=warranty+check), you need to directly contact Intel Customer Support to initiate the RMA process. Here are pages where you can lookup contact information, including local phone numbers, sorted by geography:

 

 

You can use the online forms service or email, but I actually recommend calling them directly. The above links provide local or toll-free numbers in most countries and support most local languages. You could also use the chat service (start here: http://intelsupportchat.force.com/icslivechat/ics_tech_desktop_ww_english_Chat), but understand that this service is offered only in English and is subject to the normal (9:00-5:00 M-F) office hours in the Pacific (UTC-8) time zone.
