Got warning that power is out of recommend range

.I am getting this warning from last 3 month when i got my replacement for intel DH55TC then this problem started i am giving you screenshots and my Board BIOS detail.If any one can help me so please help me!! Thank you

Was BIOS updated?

Yes BIOS is updated with latest version provided by intel and i have 400W psu did you check the screen shot whats that means? and one thing i checked on intel forum that this could be a bug in this update of bios!!

I was unable to check the pictures because they opened really small in size.

What happens if you try rolling back BIOS version?

There is a possibility that the fault lies with Intel Desktop Utilities (IDU); it doesn't handle board being changed under it very well. I would suggest that you also try uninstalling and then reinstalling IDU...

OK i have tried everything regarding this issue so the probelm is with the update of this motherboard bios
