I have Intel DB85FL Board - 8GB Ram. I got a message that a driver is due for update. The details are

Description:
This download installs the Intel® Graphics Driver for 4th Gen.
Version:
x.x.x.5117
Release date:
1/10/2020
Size:
120.39 MB

While installing it says "The computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software". How do I know what are the requirements, so that I may upgrade if possible.

On these boards, it is a case of onboard or add-on, but not both.  You want to use the onboard graphics, remove your add-on card.

So we can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Then ATTACH the text file (look at the instructions under the reply window).

According to what I am seeing, the Intel processor-based graphics engine is disabled. This is perfectly normal because you have NVIDIA graphics card installed. Becsuse the engine is disabled, the driver update will fail to install. This too is normal, though I wish the installer explained this less cryptically.

Thanks. Will it be advisable to enable Intel processor-based graphics engine ? If it is advisable, then how to do it?
