My motherboard is: ASRock H81M-HDS
I have Intel(r) HD Graphics 4600 and run Windows 7 64bit.
I do not appear to have any Graphics Audio Drivers and when I try to install them it says that I do not meet the minimum system requirements. This means that the TV (connected straight through an HDMI cable) is not picked up at all as an audio device.

Thanks for joining the community.
I understand there is no audio through HDMI port and you are unable to install video drivers.
At this stage, I recommend loading the latest video drivers for your graphics controller by performing manual installation; this will force the registry to take generic video drivers.
See instructions here:
http://support.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-022355.htm http://support.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-022355.htm
Download the zip version of the video driver:

After Step 10 on
http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-033915.htm http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-033915.htm
The computer tells me "The best driver software for your device is already installed"
"Windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date"
and then only gives me the "Close" option.
So I ran the included Setup file and it ran, installed, restarted and no change.

This issue has been solved, I got bored and explored the BIOS and found a setting that was disabling the HDMI Audio.
Thanks.
