The latter (factory bios) is necessary for the possibility of recovery in the event of a failure.
I ask for help in resolving the issue.
I want set in dg31pr q9650 & 4 gb ddr2 800 Mhz.

I have a copy of what I believe is the latest PR BIOS, PR0071.BIO. It is in the attached ZIP file.
Al is correct; you want to install this .BIO file using the BIOS Recovery process. See my exhaustive description of the BIOS Recovery process in this discussion: https://forums.intel.com/s/question/0D50P00004VhEOFSA3/how-to-upgrade-dz75ml45k-bios-from-0006-to-00....
Hope this helps,

This board has been discontinued and is not supported. All downloads for these discontinued boards have been removed. Use the latest version and follow the recovery procedure identified here:

Thank you very much for the consultation. The question was not about that. There is no need to restore bios. The question was where to get a reliably good version of bios N52. The most reliable source was Intel. A week ago, I wrote a review on the site with gratitude that I kept bios versions of old boards available for download. At that moment, I did not upload the files I needed. It is unfortunate that during this time they radically changed their minds.

No one radically changed their mind. If you look at the announcement in the desktop board forum, you will see that this information was posted on October 18, 2019:

You can make your board CURRENT by using the RECOVER procedure I referenced.

Thanks. Both helped a lot. The bios version is exactly what was required. I will use the method described by you. Unsubscribe how everything turned out.
