Maybe, maybe not.  And, that really is the best answer.  It all comes down to compatibility.

Now, I do believe you have a fair chance of success.

On the weekend, I tested a Gigabyte GT 1030 in a DZ68ZV board without issue. My 'regular' card in the DZ68ZV is a MSI GTX 750 ti. Before the DZ68ZV, I used this card in a DP55KG board regularly.

While those two factors don't say yes, for sure a Gigabyte GT 1030 card would work in your DP55WG, it at least says that it has a reasonably good chance. Unfortunately, I no longer have any 5 Series boards that I could use to verify this for you ahead of a purchase.
