Hi Resolution Screen not possible?

I have a Benq monitor that is able to use a resolution of 3840 x 2160. Unfortunately, the maximum resolution my computer offers is 2560 x 1440.

I bought a high end computer that I was told would offer me this resolution in combination of this monitor.

My computer has a graphics card of Intel (R) HD Graphics 530.

How can I get the resolution I want?
