You have bios 0044, and the latest is 0060. I have attached it.

This may, or may not help you with the card. Not all new graphics cards are backward compatible as claimed.

That is not the right BIOS for this board!

I have attached the versions you will need, as well as the release notes file that provides you with installation instructions.
