I have a mainboard DH87RL and made the mistake to choose in the BIOS video settings 'Primary Adapter = Always Internal' and 'Primary Port = HDMI'. Since then I don't get any video at all, neither with and without PCIe video card. Nothing on HDMI and nothing on DVI. I tried to remove the battery or the BIOS security jumper to reset the BIOS settings, but without success. How do I revert this change when I cannot see the BIOS menu?
Removing battery and disconnecting power didn't have any effect. Left the board in that state for 36 hours, but afterwards it still came up with no video.
At this point, if you have tried all the steps mentioned by other users and issue persists, I would say there is an internal problem with the unit and may be necessary to replace it.
