I am sorry because I am not sure how to post or where to post. It has to do with an incompatible driver in my Toshiba Laptop. It has to do with core isolation, memory integrity. I get this message attached when I tried to turn it on.

The message has to do with incompatible files. The one that is incompatible is idgkmd64.sys. I downloaded the Intel updater but it did not find anything to update.

Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Then ATTACH the text file (using the paperclip under the toolbar).

Sorry, run the utility as I asked, and then follow the instructions under the reply box, namely "Drag and drop here or browse files to attach "
