I am unable to update BIOS for Desk Top Mother Board DZ75ML-45K ( DZ75ML-45K Intel Corp.MLZ7510H.86A.0006.2012.0907.1307,07-Sep-12 )for windows 10 downloaded the latest bios from the intel website

I have used all the 4 methods but was unsuccessful, Kindly assist

What problem(s) are you experiencing? Have you tried the F7 method?
