I have DQ965GF motherboard. CPU fan stopped working so I installed a new cpu fan. Still is not spinning. Any way to diagnose?

The other fan headers on the board are 3-wire, which make it more problematic, but you can plug the CPU fan into one of these headers and it should run at full speed when the system is powered on (note: never plug or unplug fans with the system powered). If the CPU fan you are trying to use is only 3-wire, it should always run at full speed plugged into the 4-wire CPU Fan header. This means, however, that you can use a 3-wire fan to see if the CPU fan header has been damaged.
