As the announcement in the Desktop Boards forum says, Intel has removed these files.
So, you will have to get them elsewhere.
I know this does not help. The only thing you can do is to personally inform the Intel CEO how bad this is. Enough complaints may have help.
If your intent is to run Windows 10 and you have an add-in graphics card, then you do not need to download any drivers. All drivers necessary for your board are included within the standard driver set for Windows 10.
Note: The add-in graphics card is necessary because there is no support for the Intel graphics engine built into the 2nd generation Intel Core processors. If you have a 3rd generation Intel Core processor, your Intel graphics engine is supported, but the drivers are old and, since your processor has already been discontinued, no updates are forthcoming.
