Is that any different i7-870 and i7-870S?

I also checked on this site" it showed can compatible with i7-870.

Is it need to add-in a graphic card?

Well, it is either an mistaken omission, or there is some reason for it not being on the list:

You can compare the two here:

Yes, you would need a graphics card, which will be a challange with a board this old. Compatibility is the key here.

Also, what is your current bios revision?

Personally, I see no point in trying to upgrade a 1st gen processor. Your board is already 10 years old:

Rather than waste time and money on a ten year old board with a processor that may or may not work and having to find a compatible graphics card, I would invest in a new(er) system that is supported.

Personally, I know that board is old but, just if still functionable, why not to continuing to use it, worst case it not able upgrade, i may just invest on new things.
