Intel DH6 1CR motherboard

Hello, I'm trying to figure out the maximum ram for this motherboard and a lot of sites say different some 8gb others 16gb. I have an 8gb ram stick already installed and I've tried to add another 3 different ram sticks 1 4gb Samsung stick and 2 different 8gb ram sticks but non of them are working

Should this work? This is what I brought for it however will not work with my other 8gb ram inserted lights come on but pc doesn’t turn on

We can't read the label (picture too blurry). Tell us model string off the part. Do the same for the one you have working by itself.

When both of the 8GB sticks were inserted, which slots did you have them plugged into (hint: both blue or both black are only choices supported).
