Hello!
I installed in motherboard Intel DP35DP processor E8600. The processor is correctly defined and passes all tests. However, a warm restart is not working. Any ideas?

Ubuntu Mate 15.10 x64, Windows XP Pro sp3 i386, Windows 7 Ultimate sp1 x64. No, I have not. The power supply is Chieftec GPS-550A8. I removed all extension boards and devices. I tried warm boot with one hdd, one dimm 2 gb, one video adapter radeon x300 and one cpu.

When you enter Ubuntu Mate you are not able to warm boot, is this correct? Does the same issue happen with the other operating systems?
Bear in mind that this is an old motherboard and from what you are telling me it's possible that this could be faulty motherboard issue.

Yes. Warm boot with the E8600 will not work in any mode - when to call a reboot from OS -
Windows, DOS, Linux, BIOS mode when I press C-A-D. A warm reboot with the E6850 works in any mode !!!

Thank you for the information.
Try the following:
Downgrade to the following BIOS version https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/17260/BIOS-Update-DPP3510J-86A- Download BIOS Update [DPP3510J.86A] doing a BIOS recovery, check if it works with that version. If it does not work upgrade to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/17930/BIOS-Update-DPP3510J-86A- Download BIOS Update [DPP3510J.86A] and try one more time.
