Intel DQ67EP and i5-2500T compatibility.

Hi

I'm looking to get this board - intel DQ67EP mini ITX but would like to know if it's compatible with the i5-2500T CPU. I've looked at this list but every other CPU is listed except the i5-2500T http://processormatch.intel.com/Processors/CompatibleProcessors?componentName=dq67ep

If it is not on the list, it is not compatible.

(and it most certainly isn't the only Sandy Bridge desktop processor that is not supported; there are actually quite a few)

Surprising that an intel board doesn't support an intel CPU. Could be that it's untested.

Not surprising to me. It could be untested. But, if you try it and damage your board, you have been warned.

You do realize that this board was manufactured 8 years ago and Windows 10 is not supported on it, right? This should be yet another strike against purchasing one at this juncture. Of course, you are trying to match it with a 2nd generation Intel Core processor which is also not supported on Windows 10 either.
