Hi,
I am intending to buy this motherboard Intel Desktop Motherboard LGA1155 DDR3 1600 ATX - BOXDZ77GA-70K
from Amazon but I am not sure which version it is according the "Intel Product Change Notification 111509 - 01".
The old with the USB problem is G39009-401 and the new modified board is G39009-500.
I contacted Amazon and themselves don't know.
How can I make sure it is the new before buying.
Are all the boards sold in 2013 the new ones or not.
Anyone.
Thanks.
Sahm

Hello Sahm,
Only the seller can tell you which specific AA number they are selling as it will depend on how long have they had it in stock. In other words, Intel(R) will always ship the most recent version, to the distributors but they may have units in stock for long periods of time, there is no way to confirm that you will receive the most recent one without the seller reading the product code directly.
Regards.
