Intel Desktop Motherboard S2600ST issue

We have Intel Desktop Motherboard S2600ST system and it is giving problem and stuck after 

Memory Initialization complete. No errors found.

It is not booting after the memory initialization complete.

Pls help us to resolve this issue and move forward and attached screenshot for your reference
