Intel® Security Advisory regarding escalation of privilege vulnerability in Intel® Active Management Technology (AMT)

In response to the recent Intel Security Advisory regarding an escalation of privilege vulnerability in Intel® Active Management Technology (AMT), we are currently evaluating update options for the Desktop Boards impacted by this issue. We will publish an update to this page on or before 5/12/17. Any news? We are now the 05/13/2017.

What about the DH87RL? It is not mentioned in your list but it seems also affected.

No announcement of availability as yet.

DH87RL is NOT affected; it has only consumer firmware running on its Management Engine. Only boards that have Q and B chipsets can possibly run the VPro firmware and thus be susceptible to the AMT vulnerability. The list of susceptible boards provided above is accurate.
