Do not use the Intel Driver Update Utility; This tool has many problems. Instead, go to the downloads page for your board (here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/65143/Intel-Desktop-Board-DX79SR) and manually download and install all of the latest driver packages that are pertinent to your Windows version.
