Those keyboard keys sound like you have an HP board.  If you have an "Intel Desktop Board", provide the model number.  If not, contact the manufacturer of your board.

Intel has not made desktop boards since 2013.

Is this a used board?  On the board you will be able to find an "AA" number.  Provide that number.  Or, provide a good photo of the board.

It sounds like you have a DQ77MK board from 2012.

This means that your system is not new.

The keyboard keys you were trying are not for this board.  To get into the BIOS, F2 will do that.

What processor are you using?  Provide the complete model number.

What bios are you using?  Provide the complete bios string if you can get to the bios.

When you turn on your PC, do you hear any beeps?  If so, how many and what pattern?

Did this machine ever work?  If not, return it to the reseller and get a refund.

You did not answer all my questions.

Provide all the answers.

Describe " it did turn on".

Reset what?  We do not know anything yet.

Are you using a wired keyboard?  Using one of the rear usb ports?

Do you know that the processor is known good?

Do you know that your power supply is good?

Did you assemble this PC yourself, or purchase it in this condition?

Its a HyperX wired keyboard
I tested all the parts before buying and they are in good state.

Well, something is not good.

If the keyboard is good,

and if the motherboard is good,

and if the processor is good,

and if the power supply is good,

Then F2 should work and you should be able to get into the bios.

How did you test the motherboard and processor before purchasing?  I am a bit skeptical that you purchased a motherboard without knowing the model number, and how you tested it.

You said the keyboard will not work on all ports.  On a port where the keyboard does work, have you tried F2 to get into the bios?  The keys you tried before were HP key functions and not Intel.

Please answer with as much info as possible.  Without a complete story, there is nothing that can be done.
