Are you asking about the Intel Driver and Support Assistant (IDSA)?

First, clear your browser cache.

What version of Windows 10? 1903 (with all updates), or 1909?

Second, if the first does not work:

Uninstall all copies of IDSA

Then, run the uninstaller/cleanup tool:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29112/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant-Uninstaller?v=t

Then, install IDSA again.

I have no idea. If you are asking about IDSA, I would look in Start, settings, Apps, Intel driver and support assistant.

In what country are you located?

You do not need to uninstall any of those intel packages. They have nothing to do with the iDSA tool (well, other than the iDSA tool may install updates to them).

Once you did all the things Al suggested, did you then reboot before trying to install iDSA again? If not, start at the beginning and go through it again.

Hope this helps,

I wish we could get the "edit" feature removed....
