MainBoard Intel DX79TO Show 26, 31, 33 After Update BIOS And Then Shutdown

Hi

I have a Intel DX79TO main board. i update BIOS to with SIX7910J.86A.0537.EB.EXE After rebootig it update BIOS & then in flushing Backup ... the board turn off.

now when power on the board it show some number And them 26, 31, 33 & after 10 to 20 second it board shutdown!

Please Help Me
