Tengo una board DH55HC a la cual le coloco 12gb de RAM y funciona perfecto, al colocarle 16Gb no muestra ni siquiera la pantalla de inicio con el logo de intel, mucho menos puedo ingresar a la bios. Ya le actualice la bios pero el problema no se soluciona. Que debo hacer para poder instalarle los 16gb, los cuales segun las especificaciones si se le pueden instalar, y que funcione bien el equipo?
Le estoy colocando modulos kingston kvr1333d3n9/4g pero solo funciona con 3 modulos instalados, al colocarle el cuarto, la computadora enciende pero no inicia, ni siquiera para ingresar a la bios.

Besides providing the information requested previously, what we are trying to do is to isolate if the problem is related to any of the memory sticks or to any of the memory slots on the board.
Are you able to use any of the 4 memory sticks and they all work as long as it is 12GB, or there is one that does not work all the time?
Same thing with the memory slots on the board, you can use any of them or there is one that it does not work every time?

Not necessarily. It is important to test the memory on the board that it is going to be used on. I recommend that you go through the process and test all DIMMs across all DIMM sockets.

Based on that, if you tested all the 4 memory sticks at the same time on the other board and it worked fine, showing 16GB of memory, then we can confirm that the memory sticks are working properly, and as you mentioned before, that would indicate that the problem may be related to the memory slots on the board.
Remember that the board has 3 years of warranty with Intel from the date of purchase, so if you have the invoice and it shows it was purchased less than 3 years ago, then please get in contact with Intel directly to replace it:
