O HD e os pen drives funcionam normalmente como boot em outras Main baords, porém não consigo dar boot em nada, e nem atualizar a BIOS por conta desses erros, alguma ajuda?

Has this board worked previously?
Remove all removable drives, including all CD/DVD drives.

Not if you use a DVD/CD, just the mere presence of a failed DVD/CD drive in the system can cause boot problems. Have only the HD in the system and try booting from that.

I don't use a DVD/CD device, the BIOS system don't no recognize the HD, pen drives are recognized, but I can't boot the system, BIOS post error, post error B8 when I try to boot from any storage
I never install a CD/DVD device in this mainboard, and I can't update the BIOS, because I can't boot from a flash drive, even though everything is set to boot from the flash drive in the BIOS

B8 is complaining about "Resetting removable media".
What BIOS version do you have, and have you tried recovery mode?

Your board does have recovery mode.
Look here on page 51 table 24, and on page 61 section 3.7
https://www.intel.com/Assets/PDF/prodspec/DP35DP-tps.pdf
Look here for recovery instructions:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005630/boards-and-kits.html
Again, what bios DID the board have, and what bios do you have on you usb stick? This is very important!

Also, for boards this old, make sure that you are: (a) NOT using a USB 3.0 flash drive and (b) NOT using a USB 2.0 flash drive larger that 8GB.
