Replacing your power supply wasn't predicated by this issue. Really, all you can do is ensure that you are running the latest available BIOS for your board and that you have all hardware drivers up to date on your O/S. My files show the latest available (and last) PR BIOS as being version 71. I have the .BIO file in my archive and can post it here if you need it.
I have attached the BIOS. Remember that you should install this using the BIOS Recovery process.
