Olá, Queria instalar drivers novos mas fica ocorrendo esse erro. já usei esse programa mas agora está assim. Eu segui das as informações solicitadas pelo site mas nada funcionou. reinstalei o programa e atualizei o chrome o edge e o windows 10 64.

well, maybe dell is bloking your assistent. i hope dell have support for intel SupportAssist tool works.

No, dell has their own tool for their systems.  Intel's tool is for Intel systems.   And, using the Intel tool on a non-intel system will exclude a number of drivers.   That is one reason why there is an exclusion list.

Use the dell tool.
