Olá, tenho um PC com a placa mãe DH55TC, esta possui dois pentes de memória RAM de 2 GB,DDR3, de 1333 MHz Maxvision. Comprei um pente de RAM DDR3 4GB 1333MHz da Kingston, instalei no pc, este não liga, testei o pc apenas com esta memoria nova, o pc continua sem funcionar. Será que é problema na memória?

If you install the RAMs that you had before, does you system work fine?
If yes, this could be a compatibility problem, try installing one at a time, if that does not work try updating the BIOS you can download the latest BIOS version for your system at the following link:

If the suggestions above do not solve your problem please reply with your RAM part number to check compatibility.
