Hi! I'm going to buy i5-10600 and I need QuickSync. Please tell me what motherboards support QSync technology? P.s. maybe I'll upgrade to i7-10700 someday, so it would be nice not to change this motherboard. Thank you!

I am not sure I understand what you are asking for. Intel Quick Sync Video technology is supported by all Core processors.
You can verify this for any particular processor in its Product Specification, available here: https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark.html.
There is a good summary of this technology here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intel_Quick_Sync_Video.
Intel's pages regarding this technology start here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/architecture-and-technology/quick-sync-video/quick-sync-vide....
Hope this covers it,

Hi, thank you for reply, but I mean that I found on internet that QS does not work with some models of motherboards. Is this true?

Well, the capability is implemented within the iGPU, so you cannot use the capability on a board that disables the iGPU. This was a problem in the far past, where 'P' chipsets existed, but there are no 'P' chipsets now so no problem. Every board that you purchase for this processor is going to support Quick Sync.
This does bring up a good point, though. You need to be careful if you are also using an add-in NVIDIA/AMD graphics card. In these cases, the BIOS typically, by default, will disable the iGPU when it sees the add-in card. You need to change the BIOS Configuration to ensure that the iGPU is always enabled.
