RAID chipset compatibility

I've created RAID 1 disk with old mother board GA-EP45-UD3R (rev. 1.1) with Intel's IO chipset ICH10R.

Then, this M/B has broken and does no longer work.

Can I restore data from this disk on a newer M/B like with Intel® Z270?

I need your help.
