Dh61ww has 2.0 PCIx16 slot.. but my GV-R724OC -2GI rev 2.1 which is 3.0 PCIe doesn't work..cant give any display..may I know the solution..if anybody faced the same problem@

Your board is more than six years old. As you say, it is PCI 2.0 compliant. There is no way your board could predict the future and know about PCIe 3.0.
Your card likely claims backward compatibility. You should be asking the card manufacturer to update their firmware to make the card truly backward compatible. Or, you should purchase a card that is known to work on PCI 2.0 on your board.

zahirbd, I would recommend contacting the video card's manufacturer as Al suggested or to get a compatible video card for the Intel® Desktop Board DH61WW.
