My motherboard model is dh61dl. I want to use the I3 3240 CPU, but the motherboard BIOS is too old to support. Can someone provide my BIOS file? (based on the information found, my motherboard needs to be updated to a transitional version first, and then to the latest version.)

Here are the RELEASE NOTES on your bios:
The latest is 0120, which I have attached in zip format.
Use the bios recovery procedure to install this bios, before you use the i3-3240 processor.

The BIOS version of my motherboard is 0020, which cannot be directly updated to 0120. As the information below shows, I need the intermediate version of BIOS file.

You should be able to go to BIOS 120 directly if you use the BIOS Recovery process.

I tried. I can't. The system prompts that the BIOS file is incorrect. Version 0120 is a graphical interface CMOS, but 0020 is not. According to the queried information, intermediate transition version and multiple upgrades are required.

Why wait so long to update the bios?
Whateverthecase, follow the instructions from Scott in this thread EXACTLY as he says. Do not deviate:

I followed this step strictly, but I still couldn't. I'm very sure that I need intermediate versions, especially 0048 and 0099.So, someone can provide me with it?

I have successfully upgraded BIOS to the latest version. What should be noted:
1. 0048 0099 0120, press this step to update BIOS three times
2. When the jumper is removed, the main board cannot be started. You need to start the main board first and then remove the jumper

Removing the jumper after powering on the board DOES NOT accomplish the same thing (does not unlock the board for a full recovery operation). Still, you seem to have gotten to the right place regardless. I can't argue with success.
What was your source for the three BIO files?

According to the Intel official website, the BIOS file name of dh61dl motherboard is beh6110h, and many motherboards of H61 chipset are the same BIOS. Then search for beh6110h on Google, and finally find the required file.

You can find relevant information in the web.archive.org and Google snapshot on the Intel official website. When the BIOS file name of the motherboard is found, look for the file name in Google

Yes, thank you for your help. In practice, the file types found are limited, many of which are *. Exe. It takes some effort to extract the BIOS file itself.
