Tengo un problema // Im have a problem POST Spanish and English

Hola, tengo un problema, tengo 16GB de Ram y un i5 3570 con Intel HD Graphics 2500, el problema es que tengo una Mother Intel y TODAS LAS OPCIONES estan grises/deshabilitadas, por lo que no tengo forma de cambiar la memoria dedicada a video, ¿Alguna ídea? Estoy desesperado, tengo solamente 128MB dedicados a Video y los juegos van mal.

Hi, I have a problem, I have 16 GB of RAM and an i5 3570 with Intel HD Graphics 2500, the problem is that I have an Intel mother and ALL OPTIONS are gray / disabled, so I have no way to change the memory in a video, any ideas? I am desperate, I have only 128MB dedicated to Video and the games are going badly.

My idea was to change it without the BIOS but I don't know how.
