We need more information.

First of all, please upload a detailed system report. Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility for Windows and have it save the report to a file. Then, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

Next, we need more information about the graphics cards you are trying to use. Please provide brand name and model number for both of these cards. Also, you kept saying PCI; do you actually mean PCI or do you mean PCIe (PCI Express)? Modern machines have a PCI bus only via an add-on IC (there is no longer direct support for PCI from the chipset) and, in many cases, you cannot use the PCI slots for graphics cards (i.e. you need to use PCIe).
