Windows 7 Won't Boot

I just installed a DH77DF motherboard into a case that had an ASROCK350 in it before. I am trying not to have to rebuild Windows, but the system won't boot even with video and network in a "degraded" mode so that I can install the Intel drivers.

I can get the Windows Recovery tools to boot but they are not helpful in getting the drivers installed, either.

Can someone help?

Hello David,

Since you replace your motherboard from an ASROCK* to an Intel (R) unit, it is necessary to perform a clean installation of the Operating system. This is requiring because the operation system loads the motherboard's system configuration into its registry. Changing the hardware configuration will result in a boot error.
