Workstation Board W2600CR with NVME issue (pcie-ssd)

I am using the WD Black NVMe 256G SSD with PCIe to NVMe adapter connected, system as windows 10 version up-to-date.

But unlucky when start to format until 100% (low or quick format) show error and cannot competed.

after that the drive show partition format is RAW.

the BIOS version is up-to-date version R02.06.E006_rev2
