Yellow Bang found in Device Manager on Intel® Desktop Boards with Viiv™ Technology

On boards with Viiv, I get a yellow bang (exclamation), that states "Intel M82801GH (LPC interface)" Any ideas?

You can solve this by:

1. reboot the system

2. during POST, press F2 to enter the BIOS setup utility

3. disable quick resume technology

4. press F10 to save and exit from BIOS

5. Check the device manager to see if the yellow bang is still there.
