Hi I'm using Intel i5, DH61WW motherboard, 8gb ram, 1tb HDD, nvidia ge force 8400gs graphics card.
My Ethernet port shows green light even if the lan is not connected. And when the lan is connected, still it shows green and doesn't blink.
And internet was not working. I uninstalled Ethernet controller driver. And when I reinstall, it says device cannot start and can't install driver. I thought that bios update might solve my problem. I updatedb bios. Now the windows won't boot.
I cannot boot from any other medias..
I tried to recover from .bio file. But it says, bios update failed. Please help me with my problem.

It appears to be a motherboard problem. Try setting up SATA mode in AHCI or RAID mode and test if the computer still boots to operating system.
If you still have same problem, pretty much motherboard issue.

If your motherboard still under warranty, I recommend contacting Intel Customer Support.
