Hi All !

I've upgrade my computer to win 8.1 now my Motorola Bluetooth adaptor is not working. When I click the icon the documents folder opens up. I've tried several different drivers all with the same result.

anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks John

Hi John, it seems the support for Windows* 8 is as-is. The DZ68BC is listed under discontinued boards.

I would try getting the device Hardware ID and searching for Windows* 8.1 drivers over the internet.

The Hardware ID can be obtained from Device Manager, double click the Motorola* wireless adapter, go to the Details tab, Select Hardware ID from the Property drop down menu.

I found a work around online, it basically creates a batch file that starts the Bluetooth program, and then I created an icon and pointed it to the batch file

works well enough for what I need it for.

thanks for responding
