dz68bc not detecting RAM

Hi, i have a dz68bc with 4 8GB ram modules installed totaling 32GB but bios is only detecting 2 of them, 16GB

the slots detecting the ram are slots DIMM1 and DIMM2

this motherboard is suposed to work with up to 32GB of ram of up to 1600 MHz

i have tested all modules and all work

the part number of the ram is:

KHX1600C10D3B1/8G

processor is i7 3770K 3.5GHz 8MB

are this ram supported with this motherboard?

The problem continues, the computer froze i had to shut down manually, then before the computer started again, BIOS showed a warning saying there was a memory decrease, press enter to continue, now im back to 16GB again.

i dont know what to do, im thinking the motherboard doesnt support 32GB ram and i have to get a better one...

LoFish,

You motherboard supports the total of 32GB of memory.

Since the Memory controller Hub is now on the processor, the RAM needs to be compatible with the chip.

I checked the memory you are using and it is totally compatible with your Intel (R) I7-3770k processor, however please let me know which is BIOS version do you have installed on the board?
